Finding Balance as I said yesterday can be a challenging task ~ if you don't know where to start. I am encouraging you to take the time and make the effort not only for your own happiness but also for those whom you share your life with. (This can be your children, your mate , friends family etc..)
1) Putting limits on your to do list~ can help keep you in check..
2) Priority is key, as I stated yesterday..
3) Making time for you is a must in the daily grind. Make sure each day: that you have put at least 45 mins aside for you.. It can recharge your batteries.. Also help you stay focused for the next task..
4) Learn to say NO!!!! STOP yourself, when you know your plate is already full.. Overloading your plate can become dangerous to your health and happiness..
