Deadly Emotions are like a raging fire that won't go out until you do put it out.
Our minds are stuffed with so many thoughts, so many voices from the past, that many of them conflict. Destructive as some of these thoughts can be and are, they do little harm until we take one of them to heart. Whenever we feel a disturbing emotion, we can be certain that we have made a mistake. We have crossed the line.
This Release does not deal with problem of identifying thoughts. It assumes that you already know at least some of the ones you habitually embrace, and so it focuses on the embrace, not on the thought.
Exercise for you~ Every time you are having a distressing thought identify it, and write it down on a piece of paper and carry that paper with you. When you find yourself thinking one of these thoughts, take out that piece of paper and squeeze it into a ball. Then say to yourself, "The thought itself isn't the problem," Squeezing my mind around the thought is the problem. Then relax your fist. Now relax your mind. Then take a deep breath and realize that there's a lot more out there than what these thoughts are producing in you and telling you.
Tomorrow I will be raping up on this topic, stay tuned!
Have a wonderful day & God bless you!
